oneday there was a girl. she was alone, broken and confused.

and then oneday almost out of nowhere, this boy came into her life and changed all of that.

he loved her with all of his heart and she was scared to admit that she felt the same, untill she felt the rain on her skin for the first time.

does every single song on itunes remind me of you? or just the majority of them? well i've always really liked the song above but i didn't really know why i liked it aside from jewel being an incredibly talented singer/guitarist/songwriter. but now i know. it's because i've spent the past few years searching for someone to "take me," and now i've found just that guy. yes, i have been broken and yes, i have been given some "thorns." but now, its like i'm completely letting go of everything, and like the song says "i will let you undress me, but i warn you i have thorns like any rose." i didn't even interpret this to have a physical connotation. i took it almost as you're undressing the layers of my personality and scratching under the surface, something very few people do. i am exposed to you, you're seeing all of me... and i wouldn't have it any other way. i dont care if the whole world sees this comment because "i'm lost to you now." i love you sweetie.... i know that you know i do because i tell you all the time, but life is precious and it's something too wonderful to keep to myself. i hope you're having a good day.
